Ways to Pay

Fidelity Bank offers several convenient ways to make your auto loan payment. Explore the options below to find the payment method that works best for you.

Pay By Mail

Conveniently drop your payment in the mail using the payment slip that was provided with your monthly statement. Remember to add postage before sending your payment by mail.1

Pay Online

Log in to online banking at your financial institution and schedule a bill payment. Search for “The Fidelity Bank NC” when setting up your new payee.2

Make an Online Transfer

Log in to Fidelity Bank Online Banking and process an internal transfer from a Fidelity Bank account or an external transfer from an account at another financial institution to pay your loan.

Pay In-Person

Make your auto loan payment at one of the 58 Fidelity Bank locations across North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, or Virginia.

Pay By eCheck

Pay electronically from your bank account using the account and routing numbers found on the bottom of your check.3

Pay By Card

Use your debit or credit card to pay your auto loan online. Enter your card information and follow the steps to complete your payment.4

  1. Mail checks to Fidelity Bank, P.O. Box 1469, Fuquay-Varina, NC 27526. Please include your loan number in the check memo.
  2. Fidelity Bank will post your payment the day it is received. Please allow for potential delays in transit and know the date you submit the payment is not necessarily when it will be received. Late charges may apply.
  3. Payments submitted 3:30 p.m. Eastern Time or later will be processed the next business day.
  4. A non-refundable Card Payment Transaction Fee of 3% will be included for credit and debit card  payments. Cards cannot be used for payoffs and payments cannot exceed $2,900.00. Payments submitted 3:30 p.m. Eastern Time or later will be processed the next business day. AMEX not accepted.
