Important Information for Business Bill Pay Users
All business customers will be automatically enrolled in the Pay & Get Paid payables base package at no cost.

One online banking administrator was designated as the Level 1 (admin) user for your business. This user is the Pay & Get Paid administrator and has full access to the system, including user management.

All users that need Pay & Get Paid access must first log in to online or mobile banking. this will give the business's Level 1 user the ability to activate Pay & Get Paid for all sub-users.

Pay & Get Paid gives you the flexibility to assign access based on each user’s responsibilities. User permissions are designed to support payments, receivables, approvals, and administrative tasks while balancing efficiency, oversight, and security.
Level 1 Users Can:
- Add and manage all bills
- Make and manage payments
- Approve payments
- Manage funding accounts
- Manage lower-level user accounts (level 2 and level 3)
- Assign funding account entitlements to level 2 and 3 users
- Edit payment threshold for level 3 users
Level 2 Users Can:
- Add and manage all bills
- Make and manage payments
- Approve payments

- Add and manage bills they create
- Make and manage payments they create
